Line total = Quantity x Unit price Subtotal = Sum of line totals Total due = Subtotal - Discount + Tax

Include: invoice number and date, your and the client's details, itemized services, subtotal, tax (VAT or GST if registered), total due, due date (for example Net 15) and payment details.

What are standard invoice payment terms?
